  8. AminetFileRequester is a program to download or request Aminet
  9. recent files. It has a comfortable and self-explaining MUI gui
  10. and of course many features, that make your life easier. :-)

  12. Features:
  13. - it has a comfortable and easy to use MUI gui
  14. - its mailer independent through the use of rexx scripts (script for YAM is
  15.   included, MD-II is planned)
  16. - you can download recent files directly (an ftp client is implemented)
  17. - you can request recent files via ftp-mail (supported is sending the
  18.   request mail while you're online or exporting it to your mailer)
  19. - auto offline option
  20. - virus check of received archives through xvs.library
  21. - auto extraction of received files
  22. - and many many more things.... :-)

  24. Requierements:
  25. - MUI
  26. - a Miami compatible TCP/IP stack
  27. - an email program (scripts for YAM included)
  28. - a subscribtion to the "Todays recent aminet uploads" or "Weekly recent
  29.   aminet uploads" list. If you are not already subscribed then send a mail
  30.   to "listproc@mail.wustl.edu" and in the body "SUBSCRIBE aminet-daily
  31.   <your emailaddress>" for the daily list or "SUBSCRIBE aminet-weekly
  32.   <your emailaddress>" for the weekly list. You will then get every day
  33.   or every week a list with all aminet uploads. Cool, isn't it?
